British Swim School of The Bay Area is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near South San Francisco, CA

Our amazing, mission-based organization is looking for a FUN Site Manager! At British Swim School, Site Managers lead the onsite team of Swim Instructors and Deck Ambassadors to ensure day-to-day pool activities run smoothly. The Site Manager runs efficient customer service and site operations focused on retention of families through engaging relationships to secure further lesson bookings and to attract new customers. Adherence to British Swim School policies and procedures ensures that families expectations are met and exceeded. The Site Manager also is the day-to-day contact with the Pool Partner, making sure that relationship is running smoothly.

Successful candidates will be RELIABLE, NURTURING, ENERGETIC and love to have FUN.
Main responsibilities include:
  • Acting as Manager on Duty and addressing any concerns if the arise
  • Develop relationships with families to make them feel excited to be at British Swim School!
  • Ensure the deck is set-up, maintained during class and cleaned up at every shift.
  • Maintaining inventory ensuring deck is fully stocked.
  • Get to know the kids and the classes so you can manage the class schedule, attendance, lesson board and report attendance.
  • Assist the parents with questions they have about their schedule, class notes and progress with their kids.
  • Provide spot coaching to the pool staff.
  • Participate in weekly manager meetings.
Experience working with children and a love of swimming is a plus!
